If he talks to anybody like he talks how can he ever expect to be president? Because you are wrong and have been wrong and will be wrong until finally like a stuck clock you will be right. no i'm not german. but maybe you should find out for example how many cars are built in the us by bmw, mercedes, etc.
on the other hand - trump complained that there are almost no american cars on german or european roads - or something like that. reason: american cars are ugly, crappy, too large for europe, etc. (btw.: german carmaker opel is/was part of gm)
and nobody forces trump or the usa to spend even more money for weapons, the army, etc. - let alone build even more nuclear weapons.
anyway - we wish the usa good luck.
if he keeps going on like that - he will fail again and again and again. why? because being president of the usa is not the same as being president of a corporation. it is obvious that he cannot understand this. this is a sign of stupidity or mental illness - call it what you like. now he wants a big tax reform - which will be even more complicated than the obamacare thingy (where he just found out lately how complicated THAT would be).

yes - maybe he did that. the thing is - he is a populist. and the only tool of people like him is to offer very simple solutions to very complicated problems. why? - because voters who listen and fall prey to populists want to hear simple answers - because they are too simpleminded to grasp the complexity of the problem. and today almost all problems are rather complicated.
now that such an ultrapopulist actually "won" the election and now realizes that his simple solutions do not work, he plays the victim and blames everyone else (for his ignorance).
