Where do you even take such a BS
Individual in the middle stages of dementia cannot be nice or think something about supreme court or whatever and his stupor is permanent and will get worse by the day not because of the failed debate
Likely he doesn't even know he was on some kind of debates

Decent decision. They should have also indicated that unofficial acts are immune as well, but we'll see soon that the ruling basically makes all actions outside of treason, bribery, high crimes and misdemeanors official acts. This will help Biden as well but he is not equipped to understand that.

I have two family members...older cousins were diagnosed with Dementia. One became sluggish (slow thinking) and disorientated about where she was and the other couldn't remember anything but was mean as hell because she believed someone was putting something in her food.

With that said, have you seen Biden's medical records and psychological records that confirm he has dementia ???

For the record, I do not know if his stupor is permanent considering there are more debates, town hall meetings and White House speeches before election day.

Further, I don't know who is the "all" as you called them and I'm not a believer in conspiracy theories that he weaponized the judicial system against Trump who shouted "lock her up" in 2016 when he wanted to weaponize the judicial system against H. Clinton...that's some true bullshit.

Trump is guilty and his own past lawyers have made plea deals to testify against him plus there are audio & video evidence unless you consider all that fake news or Trump being framed. :D

On that note, you can believe what you want. I'm not here to change your mind and I have no interest to debate with you about the evidence nor any interest to discuss any past cases that Trump was found guilty.

Then, I suspect they will kick the case back to lower courts for determination on what constitutes official and unofficial acts.
