She's not legal...she came here illegally, is supposed to be deported, but that deportation is deferred for a while because she came over when she was a child. (thats DACA for you) Estimates are there are 1.76 Million that are eligible for DACA. Thats approximately 176 Billion dollars we spent on the education of another countries kids.
