I think this was one of those Freudian slip things. When she thought of "United Kingdom", she couldn't help but be reminded of Kingston, Jamaica, hence the slip.

She tweeted from an iphone -> typing 'Kings" does not result in an auto-correct to "Kingston."

And no. I don't think she knew it was United Kingdom any more so than Trump knows that there isn't a "Nambia."
