I would do - nothing. I'm almost 60. If I haven't found my nirvana, then the bull-call-spreads won't work.

Buy VIX options, if you know some sh8t will go down that will rock the market. If you betted the farm before March 2020, you would have more than enough to retire for multiple lifetimes.

That's a common misconception with trading/betting....you have to win the big one, the SuperBowl. The real gold and gems and lotto....is winning consistently, and growing and compounding. Forget all the big, singular, events of life. The 8'th wonder of the world is boring growth, and compounding, away from the main show and light.

@easymon1, do you mean trading at the Russian exchange(s), MOEX, RTS etc?
Or trading Russian companies listed in Hongkong, China, Asia?
B/c the Western fascho-govts have banned the trading of Russian stocks etc. at most Western exchanges...

Define "win".
I mean in the Russia/Ukraine thing, that would certainly not be some kind of binary moment as in, say a game of chess. There would be weeks, if not months, with discussions etc leading up to such an event.
At least as the way things stand now; which I don't see changing anytime soon.
Where are you going with this?
