If I'm not mistaken, Kansas has adopted the very government policies that you believe in. And now, because of the disastrous outcome, you are apparently distancing yourself. Suddenly you're "critical" of the Laffer dream state of deep-dish tax cuts. That's new. And now you're pretending not to understand what I wrote -- which incidentally doesn't seem out of place with you.

You are mistake [sic]. There are some elements of what has transpired in Kansas that i agree with, and a good deal I do not. Furthermore, various activities that can be right in principle can be wrongly applied (as is the case in Kansas) by people who are completely unfamiliar with how to apply them. For example, without proper budgetary discipline, one can cut all taxes and have nothing to fund one's obligations. Believing in cutting taxes doesn't mean you support that particular action.
I understand what you wrote, it's just plain incorrect because it's not representative of what I believe in, as you claim.
Yeah, I know. You agree with the policies, but not the outcomes. In any event, the policy initiatives were given Arthur Laffer's blessing. Laffer, the economic advisor behind the Reagan "economic miracle."
