it's sad that chemicals have to be illegal for adults, whatever they are

it's pretty stupid to have the gov tell someone over 18 (or at least 21) that they can't use certain chemicals

anyhow I know that in the past some psychiatrists used LSD to treat depression, the main reason it could help was because it sent the person out of this world, and so away from their recurring depressive thought patterns

talking about endorphins, getting horny does increase the endorphin level in the blood, most people require regular sexual intercourse in order to keep themselves from getting depressed, I don't know if that is only related to the endorphin increase or not

also even a fake smile or laugh can increase the body endorphin level

I have been searching for such a long time for answers. I always wondered why opiates were the only thing that ever made me feel "normal". Not until recently did I discover that many other people have been going though the same thing as I have. I have read everything I can find about my condition. All the posts to all the forums scattered everywhere on the internet. I have just read all of the 28 pages of this thread and have no doubt that you are a genius. The way you articulate your views and stand up to all the flamers is inspiring to me. I still have hope and continue to search for answers. I saw my doctor today and told him about all the research I've done on opiates and depression and just looked at me and said he didn't know what I was talking about or how I got my info. Anyway, I will continue to monitor this thread to hopefully learn more from you.

Doctors are such incredible assholes. I cured [partially at least] shoulder bursitis with Hyaluronic Acid... so I visit the doctor for something and he asks "how is the shoulder?" He's fishing to see if I want some pain meds or something, probably gets a kickback from the pharmacy or from the drug reps or something... so I tell him that I fixed it with HA.. His reply astonished me, he said "if you cured it with a supplement then it was not diagnosed properly"... makes me sort of ill to just think about doctors really... there seems to be some "Power" that rules the professional class and won't let them see the obvious...

Regarding depression, I'm taking D-Phenylalanine to the tune of 500mg three times a day... When they manufacture phenylalanine it comes out half L-phenylalanine and half D= phenylalanine so they sell it as DLPA... unless you are a vegan you are not deficient in the L variety so shop carefully to get the D-variety... then also three times a day I take L-Tryptophan to raise the serotonin level and a little 5HTP which is much more powerful and fast acting but can have long term side effects you don't want, I'm taking 50mg twice a day currently... and am I feeling good.. I found that the serotonin level can be elevated beyond just curing depression... you have to experiment and get it just right...

I discovered Neuro Linguistic Programming recently. That seems to be a powerful way to reprogram thinking patterns... I think that what I'm finding is that the chemical states induce the thinking patterns way more than the reverse, easiest thing is to learn to recognize toxic people, ones that go straight for the jugular so to speak, the ones that are programming anything detrimental to you in your mind... that is the next phase for me, I grew up in a household of all-toxic-all-the-time and it affected me drastically over the years, I'm climbing out of that hole.. lots of them are on ET btw making their pronouncements as if factual, which they cannot back up with anything in the realm of reality at all, look at ZZZZZZZzzzzzz troll's 19000 + posts, all unsubstantiated, all aimed like great big spears right at your heart or mind depending on his level of alcohol...
