Infrastructure trap? BofA warns on Martin Marietta and Vulcan Materials

Bank of America drops Martin Marietta (NYSE:MLM) and Vulcan Materials (NYSE:VMC) to Neutral ratings from Buy positions after factoring in the strong rally over the past month.

The firm says it is concerned over excess speculation on infrastructure spending.
 
I highlighted this stock to start the week but i really don't understand it--

& I certainly do not understand this financing... The move up I get...

Shift4 Payments, LLC and and Shift4 Payments Finance Sub, subsidiaries of Shift4 Payments (NYSE:FOUR) to offer $450M of senior unsecured notes in a private offering.

Net proceeds together with cash on hand will be used to repay all indebtedness outstanding under its first lien term loan facility and the remainder for general corporate purposes.

Bandwidth price targets raised as Voxbone purchase accelerates international expansion

Yesterday, Bandwidth (NASDAQ:BAND) announced acquiring international cloud communications company Voxbone for €446M in cash and stock.

Canaccord Genuity (Buy) raises its Bandwidth price target from $175 to $225, saying the purchase "accelerates Bandwidth’s international expansion plans and creates a stronger position in the global $18B CPaaS market."

JMP (Outperform) raises BAND from $180 to $206, favoring the deal "because it accelerates Bandwidth’s international expansion in a way that is accretive to its non-GAAP gross margins and non-GAAP net income."

Needham (Buy) moves from $170 to $200, noting the "reasonable" purchase price and calling the move "a logical footprint expansion/scale opportunity."

BAND shares are up 1.1% pre-market to $189.51.

Enzo -- They report after the close. I think it will be very interesting. These guys have a sordid past in my view they have not been the best management... cynical shift into Covid testing?
