Stoney,
Slack has been consolidating just under its 200 day. I think $27.50 is gonna be a pretty decent floor here soon, as long as the market stays put. Its held up well today.

David's tea is gonna move on that Canadian court ruling. I have not checked on that lately. It has to do with back rent they own on all these brick and mortar stores they closed.
Its up over 15% since you found it. I'm surprised they haven't announced a cannabis infused drink yet. Maybe they are waiting to get that judgement behind them. It is decent volume today.

Hey I'm getting bored with ABUS. Not much of a lottery ticket it looks like. It's up a bit though. Beats going red.

... Wow... as I was typing Slack exploded up lol. I kid you not. It was just at $27.47.

Crocs would be performing well even without pandemic, says CL King 09/18 CROX CL King analyst Steven Marotta keeps his Neutral rating on Crocs after hosting his firm's 18th Annual Best Ideas Conference with its management this week. The analyst notes that the company's direct-owned businesses are currently performing well and the consumers' desire for comfort is "creating a pull through." Marotta adds that Crocs would be in the "very same spot" of strong performance even without a pandemic given the management's "soup-to-nuts" of 6 years ago, including closing of underperforming retail doors, lowering the SKU count, reducing headcount, and narrowing the vendor base. The analyst further states however that Crocs' current stock price already fairly discounts the company's prospects for the next 6-12 months.

CROX-> $42.75

Stoney,
Crox just jumped $4 on some news Justin Beiber is ... doin' something with em.

How'd you do that!?

Well not exactly luck I saw a news piece about a different rapper who was doing a custom shoe and that got my attention. This reminds me of Target and when i chases very designers doing specials there-- it is a not great business plan and everything sells out in 2 seconds it's annoying from the consumers point of view and since I do not like the shoes to begin with I have changed my focus now onto sketchers.

WHAT A GREAT DAY!
Sure it's cloudy but It's a Great Day-!

Boxlight price target raised to $4 from $2.75 at Alliance Global Partners 13:56 BOXL Alliance Global Partners analyst Brian Kinstlinger raised the firm's price target on Boxlight to $4 from $2.75 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after the company acquired Sahara Presentation for $94.9M, though about $12M is funded from Sahara's balance sheet. Kintslinger said that he expects Sarah to be the catalyst to Boxlight generating sustainable profitability, adding that he expects Boxlight to turn profitable in the second half of 2020. Van Prediction Time: ABUS.

ABUS' market cap is only $342 million. I expect an offer in the billion dollar range in an all-stock deal which would lead to a $15 per share target on ABUS while diluting MRNA only about 3-4%.

This 3-4% would have likely been a percentage royalty owed anyways, so it's better to just buy out the entire company for cheap and skip this process while overcoming the negative market sentiment that this ruling has sparked.

In the race for the COVID-19 vaccine, MRNA can ill-afford stalling development or commercialization of the vaccine due to a patent issue. This must go away as quickly as possible and the best case scenario is the buyout.

Also*

ABUS filed a confidential treatment order with the SEC which is very curious timing given the circumstances. CTOs are enacted to try to keep something secret to keep a company's competitive advantage or in talks during M&A deals.- HOLD
