What is your average winning day ?
short 1@16.25, cover @19 
that big red bar got me excited and I chased it down and then chased it back up to cover. Broke my rule of not chasing, especially at the end of the day.
Good thing it was only 1 contact.
very disappointing.
Lesson to relearn - if something goes down really fast, it can come back up just as fast. I need to look at ES micro charts for guidance in super fast moves
P&L for thursday loss -$173
I guess it could have been worse given:
1. too many trades for today.
2. Chasing the moves
3. Missing my best signal trades
Keeping tight stop losses without exception saved my ass, well, one exception was this last short, I hesitated to put the stop loss on and it cost me. Just a reminder I guess.
