Anyone wish they had these tax problems???! :p

Not exactly a turbo tax return for Jobs! Amazing that some people in the USA don't even have basic health insurance or food and medicine, yet so many like Jobs could fill a large swimming pool with disposable cash.


SAN JOSE, Calif., March 27 (AP) — Apple Computer's chief executive, Steven P. Jobs, used almost half of his 10 million restricted shares that vested this month to pay for applicable taxes, according to a regulatory filing.

In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission last week, Apple said it withheld more than 4.5 million of Mr. Jobs's restricted shares, worth $295.7 million at $64.66 a share, to meet the tax obligations on the 10 million in restricted shares the company gave him in March 2003.

Now Mr. Jobs is left with about 5.4 million of those shares, worth about $323 million at Monday's closing stock price of $59.51.

Mr. Jobs, who is also Apple's chairman, also has 120,000 fully vested options that he received in 1997, under the director stock option plan.

well I am looking to short oil agan today. Have no fricking idea why it is going straight up but I think we are near a decent st short opportunity.

OIH 145c time spread @2.65 (may/april)

already short April 140/135P/long 130p
@ +2.45

will seek to close 135p today @<1 and look to add more 140p on OIH pb - which I expect this afternoon.


short 3 QM @64.95 (expect to take some heat from the mob)

not totally but greatly reduced in a couple accounts - maybe 2-3 trades. Lots of AAPL combos time spreads etc., some EBAY/QCOM straddle/NTES/VLO/MNX/SOX/GOOG/CME/TTWO/IMCL/BBY positions when I began the series 7 studying.

Do you trade?

order adding short QM @65.475

interesting we have broader markets inching higher with oil being manipulated much higher - as well. I say oil breaks below 60 again! That sounds like blasphemy!
