IB Beginner / How about help using teamviewer?

Dear-

We all know that we can easily use TeamViewer to connect to screen of other person, if agreed by both.

Now, IB beginner like me have lots of technical questions. I wonder if any broker can give me help with TeamViewer screen connection. It is easy to explain beginner question to IB staff with phone call.

If IB does not do that, is there any broker which use TeamViewer and phone??

I think you'll find that Interactive Brokers has more of a "help yourself"
approach to support, as they try to keep their costs low, for the benefit
of the trader. There are so many resources for TWS and IB's tools in
general that you should have no real need for "hands holding" from the
broker.

Remember, you don't have to know everything about the platform; just
the things you specifically use...

Actually interactivebroker help is pretty good these days. Ask them any question and they reply in enough detail. But if it is deemed non urgent you might wait a day ir two.
No teamviewer though.
