first we have andre asking FPC not to post (in chit chat of all places). who the f*** is andre to tell someone to not state their opinions?!:

i didn't really attack everything about atkins. it's just annoying when people fiddle with protein/carb/fat ratios while totally IGNORING their calories! ridiculous!!! i actually do take in a lot of protein sometimes. the RDA requirement is not right if you're very active, trying to gain muscle, etc.

THIS MESSAGE INCLUDED 2 GREAT PROTEIN LINKS! they could be helpful to people yet andre decided HE didn't like my post so it gets deleted. does any rational human being think that post should have been DELETED FROM CHIT CHAT?! unbelievable! talk about intolerant, out of control, control freak moderating.

Babak is the moderator of Chit Chat, not Andre. Andre is the Chat "Room" moderator. I don't believe he can delete anything in Chit Chat.

You are really too much you know that??? You are brushing a broad stroke and making up crap as you go along......you and FPC were making mess out of the thread on atkins....ANDRE, because several posters were complaining, asked FPC and you to stick to the subject,,,,,,,he asked very nicely at that and everytime we tried to continue there was a problem...fpc said he'd leave.....he didn't;t and Andre asked him why he didn't;t leave...where upon you take up the censorship issue like your fighting for civil rights alongside MLK!!! Give me a break!!!

Andre did nothing wrong and FPC left on his own......yet your crying like a baby again...come on GG , be a man.

i usually run about 7-8 miles a day. in school i broke a 20 year record for the mile that still exists now. i'm less than 5% body fat and i've gained about 35-40 lb of muscle.

i'm not usually one for getting into brawls, but if you wanna get beat up, just let me know.

that's kewl GG. i ran mile mile too but never set any school records in that event. ( high jump and 100 M too)
