Started jogging about 18 months ago, for fitness, health, and longevity, my pace began to quicken almost without additional effort or consciously trying. A mile turned into 3, and then 3 into 5 miles per day. Just how fit had i become, i decided to find out. i banged out a quick 6 min mile and to my surprise and delight i had more left in the tank!
i seriously think i could do 5 1/2 or even 5! :eek: :eek: :eek:
i wonder what this translates into VO2?
