I do go both short and long.. I didn't mean that I only go short..

The point I was trying to make is that I see the market start to move... and I think I may miss a profit so I jump.. it can be long or short..

I'm afraid of missing a move so I jump in on a whim.. which is not following my system..

Sorry, I misunderstood. I thought you meant jumping in (long) with the recent moves up and then getting shook out on a pullback.

Hard to keep emotions in check at times ... but I learned the hard (expensive) way 7 years ago when I started trading full time.
