Which system did they change over and over? Are you saying the periodic new TWS releases were what was screwing you up?
 
Been using IB for around four years now with hardly ever a problem. Support sucks alright but I almost never need any. I would suspect that the problems are mostly on your end.

Most likely not a solution, either. Considering the OS, the hardware will likely be underpowered as well. New computer needed.

IB technical support asked me what os I was using and they didn't have any problem with it. Worked fine yesterday and can't open it at all today. Must have loaded java 3 times and the upgrade. Still can't get tws to open.
