Seriously rcj... I've been toying with night trading. I've only used this idea in Sim mode, but it has merit.

As you know, I inject a time factor into my trades. But nite session is (normally) so volume deprived, I needed a way to counter the time aspect. Enter P&F (point and figure) charts...

1) By design, P&F is time neutral.
2) By design, P&F is volume neutral. Strictly based on price action. :cool:
3) I use 1-tic box, 3-tic reversal, with textbook interpretation.

Worth a look, imo, to see if it useful to you.

Thanks for pointing out the PF charts re night trading. Im somewhat aware of PF. I havent looked at that technique for months. I will have to go back and study as quickly as possible.
Actually im looking at YM PF chart now with settings you suggested. I will study.

And notice the movement differences between all the US index futs... this is shaping up to be a very interesting day.
