really all you need is a few entries a day to lose what you need...

the real benchmark is "how long were you in" to make the loss...

each nanosecond you are in the market/trade...is the risk you expose yourself to....that ratio is the test of skillfull losing...

when I enter..when I finally do...the trade reacts immediatly...against me...:)

BK...I am just rambling and rambling and rambling with my cup of coffee and the two readers reading this thread...scuse me' for that...I have nothing else to do...perhaps I should hit the phones on my day job....its already 9:30 (mst)...

There is a natural ebb and flow of price on the chart. If one just stands back and looks at it and gets into the flow you can make money on a short term basis rather easily. The problem comes when we enter a trade. Then our mind is locked into on direction and we ignore what we see right on the screen in front of us.
 
Looks like the late morning rally is running into some resistance here. Will be interesting to see what the boys do when they come back from lunch.
