If only one, cash.

If you asking this forum, you lack knowledge.
I am long term short three on your list, you will lose some on cash, but other 3 can drop 80% in next coming years. We long overdue of depression.

Put everything into a synthetic USD constructed out of BTC hedged with futures.

S&P500 is aweful here since the business cycle is between 8-12 years and if you're unlucky the market crashes right when your fk U money is unlocked

in 8 years, it's likely the earnings of the SPX will be higher than they are today. It's unclear what the multiple will be. The multiple will be a function of interest rates which will affect gold, bonds, and bitcoin.

You've just inherited a life changing sum of money but there are a couple of catches.
  1. you can't access any of it until Jan 1 2030
  2. by midnight on Dec 31 2021, you have to choose one of the above assets to hold it in for the entire 8-year duration

SP, as it is the most diversified of the bunch.

The S&P is a momo strategy. You will always own the 500 or so most valuable companies in the US. Who know 8 years out but it's where I'd put my money if I was limited to the choices above.
