I don't recall ever writing that, but it's no big thing. Your problem, being a radical leftist, is that you just don't like truth and facts. Your political bias is so strong that it trumps whatever intellect you may have, making it nearly impossible for you to distinguish between fact and fiction, truth and lies. Being a radical leftist I don't expect you to be able to understand what I write, let alone agree with any of it. You are burdened with your ideology, I am not, and therein lies the difference. One might think this gives me an advantage in the debate, but sadly it does not. While my intellectual honesty has it's limitations, your willful ignorance has no such burden.
If a guy is in the process of robbing a bank for example and gets shot in the arm or leg or something while in a standoff with police, the EMT doesn't go in and patch him up until after the criminal has surrendered.

Actually there is a lot more than "not a peep" going on, both in terms of what is being discussed in the bipartisan immigration working group or whatever they call it, that is fleshing out the bill, and in terms of legislation that has already been introduced.

Both trump and the dems suffer from the same opportunity/problems that go with negotiating daca. On one hand they both know you have to set aside some of the secondary immigration issues to get an agreement on daca, on the other hand, well, you can't really do that. That is why- among many reasons- that that whole attempt by Schumer was so bogus and fell apart. They acted as though there was a bill/deal ready and you just needed to squeeze Trump via the CR to get him to cave. But there is no bill, no details, etc. yet. Only general concepts. Now Trump says he will basically sign anything that congress can agree upon. And the bipartisan committee seems to be focused on including e-verify, and trump supports e-verify and so on. So. it is a bridge that will have to be crossed over.....especially since there is already pending legislation to require it which will force it to be dealt with.
