Humanitarian aid to brown people now carries felony charges.

Except it shouldn't and wasn't, until now

Obvious and Lang are typical sadists. One can be certain they have so much time for this forum as nobody in the real world would spit on them if they were on fire.

Trump's cowardice about serving combined with his narcissism & military school boyhood reading of history will result in a lot of misery.

Migration from Mexico was going into reverse as the economy improved. This is as expected however Trump had an opportunity with demonizing them.

Seems like the only thing that sells better than sex is fear and hate.

Watch as this guy countersues and wins settlement in the millions that we have to pay for.
Don't blame me for a screwed up legal system that allows for such frivolous lawsuits. A frivolous system by the way that the left created. Typical of the leftist. Screw things up with idiotic ideology, then blame someone else when it blows up.

Except they've already crossed, so sheltering and aiding a starving or dehydrated person is more accurate.

You know, the sort of thing EMTs would do for money

Each case may be different depending on how aid is provided.

But there can be a very thin line sometimes between humanitarian aid and running a non-profit coyote operation. Starts getting dicey when you are pre-establishing supply points and then making that information available on the internet to people who are making arrangements in Mexico to come across as was referenced in the article. If you are using communications methods such as cell phone, internet etc. to help people know about border patrol activities and supply points to help facilitate your illegal entry into the U.S then that is basically a non-profit coyote operation. There is a big difference between assisting someone who is already here and needs a drink of water and something to eat versus setting up an underground system that people are relying upon as a factor in deciding how and if they will come.

Why not also- and probably they already are- provide rides and notification on the internet of pick-up points once you have crossed the border? As I said, there is humanitarian aid but there are also flat-out coyote operations being run in the name of humanitarian aid.

Naw, I blame a legal system that is politicized and is bringing unenforceable frivolous charges.

Lets just be honest and acknowledge that both parties love illegal immigration. The left needs the voting block and the right loves the slave labor. This is why the problem will never be addressed in a truly serious fashion. A dog and pony show is all will ever get. What's a serious fashion you ask? Ten thousand additional border agents. Bringing legal action against employers hiring illegals. Deporting without regard to family ties. And lastly, but certainly not least, the re-write of the 14th amendment so that it cannot be bastardized to permit the so called anchor baby ruling, which is complete non-sense, and was never the intent of the amendment to begin with. Until then, it's just another issue that both sides love to have on the never ending campaign trail.

I can agree to the bolded. Look up the history of how e-verify came to be and how it dies every time it comes to making it mandatory, and how the GOP ultimately kills it. For reference, not a peep about it in current DACA negotiations.

"There are two sides to every divorce: Yours and Shithead's." said CaptainObvious once.

Except there is no divorce between the left and right only an eternal rotation.

The extreme left/right Waldorf and Statlers are toxic and should be marched into the proverbial desert without water.

He says something extreme, then walks it back.. sort of, missing obvious options due to his blinkered bias and tomorrow he will be stupid mouth again looking for attention.

Save America, take the internet away from about 10% of those squeaky wheel old fuckers.

Could be some small signs of change though.

Even in the article posted here, the attorney for the accused says:

“Border Patrol — and the U.S. attorney — knows about the activities, has surveilled the activities, has permitted the activities, has recognized that we’re out there helping to save lives,” Walker said. “And now all of the sudden it’s all changed.”

Change is good sometimes.
