If bringing in immigrants from Mexico was an edge then Putin would have tanker ship in the gulf of mexico inviting them to come aboard and skip going to the big bad USA. There would be a bidding war at the boarder for these people. Give me a freaking break man. You can't name existing problems in the USA as an excuse to import problems. Besides, America is a horrible racist place right? Why punish these people by importing them and forcing them to live here?

Do you really look at Germany and France and say to yourself "damn, we are missing out. I wish that was us!". Yes America has problems and home grown low lives. I just don't understand how open borders and importing muslims solves that?

Open borders? Why won't Bernie keep the doors of his house open for any one to come and live? Maybe b/c this is his house but not his country.

And paying into SS and Medicare despite not being eligible to use them, turns out.
SS and Medicare are actuarially unsound. social security should have been privatized decades ago like it was done in Chile. not receiving these benefits is a fair penalty to pay by migrants working illegally in the US.

Oh, immigrants picking fruits. That's what American immigration policy now under Obama?
What will happen if they will become disenchanted with the prospect of picking fruits & start living after a few years in the trailer parks? Will we bring more picking fruits immigrants then?

As for housing them you personally don't want to house them but you want the country as a whole to do that.
So you just asked me "How many of those immigrants you personally took in at your house?", now you say "you personally don't want to house them but you want the country as a whole to do that." Except I want no such thing, like I said the people I know no more need me or our country to house them than you do. Although we still haven't established if you take in more money and medical care from the government than you pay out in taxes each year, so the "than you do" part is still up in the air. At least be internally consistent in your arguments, you're veering into incoherence.
By the way, I'd be interested to know how many immigrants you know personally? How many days have you spent picking fruit? Without any personal experience in this, it's easy to devolve into a tribal us vs them hatred that has little basis in reality. The children of the fruit pickers I know mostly went to college, started companies, and are helping drive our economy while supporting their parents. Why would you assume they're going to end up in trailer parks?

Sig operates off of "feels" not "reals". If it feels good and it feels like social justice then it must be logical. Who gives a damn what some fruit pickers did, that is great. I want you to educate me so I can better understand how importing Muslims will improve America? I am all ears. When you look at France and Germany you must say to yourself "why cant that be us!, we are missing out!". It took a village to raise Sig.

anecdotes don't prove your point. this is the 2nd time you have made this error on this thread. the previous one was

logic is not your forte, hyperbole, exaggeration and gratuitous insult are your stock in trade. haha. those are your tools not facts and logic.

I know many immigrants but all are highly skilled who arrived legally on H1B visa under sponsorship of American high-tech companies.
How many illegal fruit pickers did you personally house?

What's with this fetish about personally housing people. For the last time, they didn't need me or the government to house them, nor were they here illegally! And while your personal housing situation is really irrelevant, given your housing fetish it seems suspicious that you refuse to answer the simple question. Do you or do you not "take" more in government benefits than you give?
