How would infrastructure spending benefit the working class?

don't get me started, Obamacare, more insured, due to medicaid expansion not the ACA proper. 4 million got lost in the cracks. 1k/mo premium 10k deductable. After the premium there isn't 20k left to go to the doctor and pay out of pocket. So yes, many have health insurance but can't afford healthcare. Nothing has been accomplished other than ACA because the republican voters sent their representatives to Washington to stop Obama from doing anything more like ACA. So, we like gridlock way better than his progress (and I voted for the guy 1st time because his opponent was a nice guy but typically out of touch with anything normal.)
You people and I mean you, and I mean you pejoratively are still listening through your elitist ears thinking we have been fooled by Trump. You still look at us like the BBC and CNN and the democrat party look at us. And we don't care. We know exactly what's going on and you seem still confused. It will never make sense to you because we have a totally different definition of sense which has been building for years. I'm done explaining. If I hear one more "So, If I understand correctly....I'm going to stop being so polite to you people. Just accept the fact that you don't get it and we'll get along just fine because Trump is probably the most middle of the road moderate man in America. Whew, that's what happens when I don't smok...er I mean take my medicine, and it's Fri no trading until Sun night. I'll endure, you enjoy.

If those pigeons are being fed on the BBC windowsills that would explain it.
Yeah, them are socialist pigeons, innit?

Well, I could try to argue with you about this, but, instead, let me just wish you the best of luck... I hope it all works out for you.

Also anecdotal, friends get medication and insurance they wouldn't otherwise have.
We should also ask whoever might lose insurance in case of a repeal.
Subsidies and taxes aside, you guys don't like the pre-existing conditions and Under-26 rule?

I love that Obamacare took the preexisting conditions debate entirely off the table

Yeah, that's kinda my point... Again, I'm no expert to judge whether ACA was a success or failure more broadly. However, given that that Trump seems to want to keep some elements of it, it can't be all bad, right?

Same with Dodd-Frank. Trump seems to be a fan of the Volcker rule. One of the GOP alternatives, the Financial CHOICE Act, has parts which are, basically, identical.

the prexisting are going into a high risk pool 26 and under stays, the only thing around here that really works is medicaid, they should have stopped right there.

ACA (like all major legislation) has problems but it's the step in the right direction. It is based on a republican plan created by mitt Romney for Massachusetts.

I think volcker was a diversion tactic which is why the banks didnt put up a fight on it.
