How would a SWIFT ban impact owning Russian stocks?

So May 25th is the date when you can no longer trade these securities? Hmmm...it's probably best to wait, because if they unload they might become even bigger values.

Sberbank and Tinkoff stocks are -80%.

Rouble at 120 for $1. But you cannot buy if you don't give 150 rouble. So real crash is much bigger than the official rate.
I have this information from Russians who tried to buy $ today.

Would you take a trade where you can make 5 to lose 1 with 49:51 odds?
Russian stocks are the most favorable risk:reward trade I've seen in the last couple years. The only question is will Americans be able to participate. Trading is restricted and we might not be able to invest in Russia for a while.

We probably won't be able to collect dividends. However, when things open up again your account will probably have at least doubled.
