How to contact barchart.com ?

Anybody know how to contact barchart.com ?
At their website they have at 3+ locations a contact button/link, but there is nothing behind it, neither a contact formular nor an email address or whatsoever.

And they (shaemlessly :)) write the following:
"Barchart is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
We encourage users to Contact Us for feedback and accommodation requests."


The Contact link is https://www.barchart.com/contact
But, as said, I don't see there anything for contacting them :)
Are they perhaps partially blocking access from outside the US. Can it be true?

Has someone got a better link to contact barchart.com for asking them why I can't see practically most of their content except the main page. For example why does it not show me the content of this link:
https://www.barchart.com/options/long-put-butterfly
The page is simply empty (except the standard menu links at the left).

I even tried it on a different computer with all firewalls disabled! Same negative result!

Since it seems that one can contact them only via such a WebMail,
and as said the contact formular does not pop up here,
so then could you maybe send them the link of this ET thread to make them aware of the problem? Thx.

Could someone from Europe try it too please?

I was subscribing getting the options data their exceL add-on , but at the time it was delayed 15 minutes. I liked having it imported directly into my spreadsheets.. but but needed it real time. I wish they had a Google sheets version because I find it far superior to excel.

Anyway, their customer service is great. They totally helped with all the setup and if I encountered any problems with the import.
