Either there are facts to support a conviction, or there aren't.
and you'll never find out until you start prosecuting everyone suspected of the crime. Until that time Israel is innocent until proven guilty and what you or I think about it is completely irrelevant.
Much of the claims made by both sides are without evidence that an independent court has examined.
I trust neither side, would prefer to see all evidence in a trial. Who goes first is of no importance.
Any focus on who goes first is pure childishness....
