What I meant was when your wife is not a trader, she could not handle the fluctuations of your profits/losses. When you report to her, she would be stressed up.
When I first started trading, I mentioned a few things to my wife and she said I don't care about any of that, just don't put my money into any of it and you can do whatever you want...sooo that was the end of that lol.
She was standing next to me talking once early on and I made like $2k in a couple minutes on some crazy option move all while she was standing there, I was ecstatic and interrupted her to tell her what just happened, she said "cool thanks for listening to what I was saying" lmao.

My wife and I are partners across the board. I have talked openly and regularly (usually over diner) no matter what business I have been in. She has always been open about both her jobs and businesses. It's never a report it's a conversation that I mostly enjoy. She's my girl and I wouldn't dream of leaving her out of any part of my life.
FYI _It's said that women are better at trading.

Who says? Trading still is about taking on risk and women are very risk averse for biological reasons. You don't want too much testosterone either because it will cause you to take on too much risk. But if the best traders are women then investment banks would be hiring mostly women.
For sure, especially knowing that they are usually underpaid. But you know ... Even if the big names are masculine... Behind every great man, there's a woman =P

Most women "kill the money made on the trading floor."
My ex-wife and my GF did never understand what I am doing. Even having a university degree did not help them with that. Spending was much easier to understand.
