nooby_mcnoob knows how to do it trading 30 to 60 ES lots per trade.

Now we just have to figure out a way to get him to spill the beans :D

Could you not do it with buy the dip. I think that's possible most days.

Long term average is around $4K. I never considered scaling to 10x the size (current size is 3-6 contracts depending on volatility). ES could probably handle it but then I'd be afraid I'd be noticed. Maybe in a year or so I will try that.
So you're making a million per year? Congrats!

How long you been trading this strat? What is your sharpe ratio?

I will theoretically, yes, IF the rest of the year keeps going as is. But I think I have a handle on it, so I will most definitely be mid six figures easily (I am already there-ish). I don't really care much beyond that, except to scale up.

I got serious about trading a couple of years ago but I've been trying to figure this shit out for 10 years.

I don't track sharpe ratio but my stddev in daily PnL is small (like $500).

Wait a minute. Your average return is $4k and stddev is $500?

That doesn't sound very plausible. Even that was a typo for $5000 I don't know if I would believe you. Are you doing HFT?

OK, don't believe it.
I'm guessing you don't understand how to compute daily standard deviation properly or don't know what it means. Either that or you are full of shit, because the chances of you having a sharpe over 120 are about the same chances as me being the queen of England.

I seem to remember you a few years back here, but then I think you stopped posting for a while? Did something click for you eventually during that period or what's the story?
