How America Took Out The Nord Stream Pipeline

By the way, I agree that it was done well, including a very profitable war.

Like with any war, there is profiteering. But it's not a fabricated war like the one in Iraq. Russia's imperial ambitions are very real.

No motive for Russia? Laughable.

There are detailed descriptions in the mainstream business press showing Russia was off the hook for significant contractual fines for deliberately not delivering gas -- if the pipeline was permanently out of order. Keep in mind that pipeline explosion occurred with all sorts of Russian ships in the area.

That's interesting, I didn't know about this. But with everything going on, do you think Russia would care about fines? I mean they took the western leased aircraft and just kept them. The pipeline was still useful for Russia, the idea for them was to cause short-term pain to Europe but long-term profits were still the goal. In Europe there were two sides who pushed hard for this pipeline - Germany and Russia, others were against it for various reasons.

I guess you are the selected few who thought USG blew up the tower.

The opposite in fact. I'm saying you are 9/11 truthers presenting a conspiracy w/o evidence. You've made the claim, now back it up or fail like 9/11'ers have done over and over.

FWIW: I am on record being OK w/us blowing the pipeline so it's not like I'm eager to cover for the US.
