2016’s Most & Least Federally Dependent States


No surprise the red states are heavily dependent on the taxpayer's dime. When you think of employment in a red state, what do you think of? Military bases, farming and oil drilling - all heavily subsidized, or in the military's case fully funded, by the government.

I don't know why Republican supporters hate big govt, their red states need it for them to survive.

Because they think less government would make their states' economies boom.

I'm sorry, I really do not get it. No one backs Israel like the Evangelicals. They see it as a religious duty. Yet the majority of American jews prefer people who would cut their heads off given half a chance.

I saw this movie, and today i found some old books on US presidents and looked closely at the Jackson issue to see if there were any reference to his association with the Democratic party.

I could not find any reference to Jackson's party affiliations at all. The book made it appear Jackson was swept into office by independent populism on the strength of his own reputation.
