If there is no Israel, arabs/muslims would be hugging/kissing americans openly. War on terror, gone. Airport checks? 2 minutes in and out. Fck, I'd like that a whole lot.
Questions is, where to move those recalcitrant morphed Nazis?

How can you possibly equate people who want to hold on the a very small strip of land they call home to people who want to wipe a neighboring country off the map, how can you equate people who want to preach to their god and who discourage others from preaching to their god to people who want the entire world to preach to their god/prophet and are more than willing to use brutal force to achieve this goal.

Israel is of course a great excuse and scapegoat but muslim attitudes and actions in Europe, Russia, India, Africa etc demonstrate quite convincingly that in the end Israel has very little to do with violent expansionist Islam. Do you seriously believe that if Israel is gone tomorrow Arabs and Muslims will start hugging Americans and Europeans? Come on, it's in fact quite the opposite, emboldened by their victory they would redouble their efforts to conquer the rest of the world and recreate their caliphate.

Israel is cancer? Are you suggesting that a tiny proserous western liberal democracy is the cancer in otherwise healthy body of the muslim world? Come on.

There'd be no WW3. In a Tel Aviv minute Iran, Lebanon, Syria and probably a bunch of other places would seize to exist. Perhaps it would not be such a bad thing except for oil shortages/prices and muslim rage/terrorism all over the world.

So basically what you are saying is that you have to give the arabs & muslims whatever they want for them to behave. So what happens when the muslims say they want america to be a muslim nation, put women in a hajib(or whatever its called) and kill you anytime you break a muslim law? Is that still worth getting hugs & kisses from them and a 2 minute wait at an airport?
Israel has plenty of nuclear weapons herself.
It's laughable and utterly improbable that Iran would launch a pre-emptive nuclear attack out of nowhere. Nuclear weapons are far more dangerous in the hands of Pakistan, Russia, and especially North Korea but we learn to live with it.
This isn't about the Iranian nuclear thing anyway - it's about finally breaking the stranglehold that Israel has over our foreign policy. It's just one of those sacred cows to which all politicians must swear allegiance and that's not a good thing for America. Whoever said Israel is a millstone around our neck is 100% correct. They create problems, take money, and demand protection, while doing absolutely nothing for us in return. Less than nothing, even - a few years back they were caught selling advanced U.S. weapons to China.
