1) It is not settled fact, it's a memo of momentary convenience. Ex-presidents are not mentioned in this juvenile memo you like.

The President of the USA IS the chief law enforcement officer in the land. Thus, The President of the USA IS justice. It is impossible for The President of the USA to obstruct himself. --There is no criminality that can be assigned to any president. --The only avenue that Congreff has is impeachment. ---and this one has done nothing wrong. ---Presidents are above the law anyway.-----If impeached and convicted or if they resign, they are summarily pardoned by their successor.

This is comical, because it is precisely, give or take a little, what Barr wrote in his sycophantic opinion when he was fishing for the AG job. It is also not too far from what young sycophant Kavanaugh wrote when he was still wet behind the ears working in the GWB White House trying to justify Bush's and Cheney's violating international law that the U.S. was a party to.

And it mirrors, in some respects, Kavanaugh's absurd article in the Minnesota Law Review that helped elevate him from the D.C. Appeals Court to the High Court.
