2 different DOJs. One Dem One Rep. --Sitting presidents cannot be indicted. This is a settled fact.--Furthermore, a sitting president is the chief law enforcement officer in the US. As such, he/she cannot be indicted. Sitting presidents ARE the law. Sitting presidents ARE justice.It won't matter whether ther are sitting Presidents or standing Presidents so long as they have a sycophant AG running the DOJ. Nevertheless,You have not proven anything. There is no law, not Constitutional, not statutory, not case, that forbids the President being indicted. It is not a constitutional issue that could come before the Court. Rather it's an opinion written by a DOJ employee. It does not carry the wait of law.
