and, FYI, vegans don't eat lettuce all day. vegan says only what they DON'T eat, not what they do.

Or any other plant for that matter.
Should be a simple enough fact to disprove if false, which it ain't.
 
Ana Carolina Reston have only tomatoes and apples in her diet. She was a brazilian model who died, and 21 years old. She die of starvation. You want a girlfriend so skinny she have no stamina? You will enjoy some meat on the bones and energy from your girlfriend, more then skinny and too tired to move with you. :)

Have you ever heard of a vitamin or a mineral? :D
