Ok, that is not a good example of proving tomato with all essential amino acids is not enough to make complete protein.
I understand that a vegetarian diet can be healthy if a person educate themself to know how to mix foods to make a complete protein. I told you this before. What you see is saturated fat of meat as all bad, so meat is bad to you. I say that is wrong. Some saturated fat is needed. Meat has some saturated fat, and also all essential amino acids to make complete protein. Meat as part of diet is excellent source of complete protein, but has high calories and high saturated fat compare to plants. So it is best to eat moderate portions to get some very good nutrients. Good health can be from vegetarian diet or meat eating diet. People of different cultures have many different diets. Some eat meat and have low heart disease and good health. So for you to see only one way as only way is extreme. And to see only the bad of saturated fat from meat is closing your eyes to what it has that is good. Meat in moderation give needed saturated fat, and complete protein.
If you do not want to eat meat, than coconut oil is good saturated fat.
