High LDL Cholesterol Is Not A Health 'Problem' & Other Facts

as far as tender red meats go, filet mignon is the most lean as long as you trim the fat away. 6oz has 350 cal, 15g fat, 6g saturated, substantially better than ny steak or porterhouse. i love it! i usually buy a few pounds from the butcher, and this lasts several days. of course it means making sacrifices such as not eating other bad foods like pizza during that time but it's worth it!

i used to eat grilled sashimi-grade fish (medium rare) pretty often but it was costing $20-30/lbs. i asked myself, WTF are you doing dummy? you can get filet mignon for 1/2 or 1/3 of that.

Welcome to the sleazy world of ET ladies, where pathetic and miserable specimens, bereft of any sense of basic human decency and decorum abound and thrive.

I didn't phrase the above statement properly. It would convey my meaning more lucidly as follows:

Ladies, welcome to the sleazy world of ET, where pathetic and miserable specimens, bereft of any sense of basic human decency and decorum abound and thrive.

There's definitely no place like ET...:)

Where else, other than ET, would you get people asking you to perform fellatio on them, all in the context of consuming fowl? :p

WHY the link between inflammation and cholesterol / heart disease
WHY the statins are helpful, but not a cure

I love posting this stuff on ET because a lot of traders have the bugs

Inflammation doesn't come out of nowhere. It is caused by the immune system. So .... is the immune system just being stupid, or is it fighting a chronic battle, and losing?

yes, I buy it at Whole Foods....I also saw the culturing stuff for sale, but I thought it only works with unpasteurized raw milk?

Never tried making it yet but unpasteurized raw milk is available most areas of the US. My dogs love the stuff, cow or goat, I prefer goat and cultured. Homogenization does something bad to the fat molecules, I noticed that my dogs will lap up some pasteurized and homogenized milk but the one will puke it up sometimes, not so with the raw milk, he will lap up all that I can give him and never upchuck at all...

oh yeah, no kidding
very 'original' :D

I was, as a point of reference, alluding solely to the original 'original'. The 'Byrd' pervert if you will. :)
