Hero Navy Seal thought Romney was pathetic

Quote from AK Forty Seven:

The House cut embassy security funding, not The President

This screw up rests solely on the shoulders of the Obama regime. I am not going to left left wing liars spread their propaganda.

Obama screwed this up. Obama is to blame. Obama lied about the events that took place. He is a horrible President.

Obamas State Dept asked for more funding for more Embassy security...

Jason Chaffetz Admits House GOP Cut Funding For Embassy Security: 'You Have To Prioritize Things'

Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) acknowledged on Wednesday that House Republicans had consciously voted to reduce the funds allocated to the State Department for embassy security since winning the majority in 2010.

On Wednesday morning, CNN anchor Soledad O'Brien asked the Utah Republican if he had "voted to cut the funding for embassy security."

"Absolutely," Chaffetz said. "Look we have to make priorities and choices in this country. We have…15,000 contractors in Iraq. We have more than 6,000 contractors, a private army there, for President Obama, in Baghdad. And we’re talking about can we get two dozen or so people into Libya to help protect our forces. When you’re in tough economic times, you have to make difficult choices. You have to prioritize things.”

For the past two years, House Republicans have continued to deprioritize the security forces protecting State Department personnel around the world. In fiscal year 2011, lawmakers shaved $128 million off of the administration's request for embassy security funding. House Republicans drained off even more funds in fiscal year 2012 -- cutting back on the department's request by $331 million.

We are still under constant attack in Iraq, they need all the help they can get

The hypocrisy from the right is mind blowing.Cutting spending so the rich can get their tax cuts is all you republicans keep fighting for but when something bad happens as a result of your spending cuts you want to past blame onto somebody else.American interests are targets worldwide and all of them need all the help they can get. There is no prioritizing when The US have targets on them worldwide and all are understaffed. If the Iraq embassy was hit you and Chaffetz would be saying why didnt we take security from places that weren't being attacked daily and send to Iraq

Obamas state department asked for more money for embassy security...The House said NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again, it's about proper allocation of the resources you have to work with. We have thousands of security forces in Iraq and 2, TWO in Libya, and this is after a major uprising in the country. This is after multiple and ever increasing acts of terror and violent attacks. You might think someone would say, let's take a few of those thousands and bump up the security in Libya. Taking a dozen out of Iraq doesn't weaken your strength there, and it would have been a serious increase in security where it was needed, at no extra expense.
Perhaps you haven't read the real reason behind the weak security presence. They were trying to "normalize" the situation. What does normalize mean? Glad you asked. It's means we're a bunch of f'n pussies and we don't want to offend anyone. Maybe if we're nice to the wild animals they won't eat us. This ain't the local bring your date type atmosphere. You want to hang out in a biker bar you best be prepared to fight. We weren't!

I think we should pull troops from all foreign nations , stop being the world police and only fight a war if the US is attacked

I think we do need embasseys as they serve US citizens abroad and we should have proper security for the embassys.I see a difference between an Embassy and a military base

+1
LOL
True dat.
Imagine, if we could bring back the WWII heroes for a few months, how quickly we could get our messes cleaned up.

They would all be saying to the current government:
The rules of engagement say what???
Political correctness???
What are you talking about???
Get your ass out of our way; we'll take care of this.

All I see is taxpayer waste and a boatload full of bullshit.

When was the last time US intrest in Lybia was attacked ?

Iraq is still a war zone and The US is under constant attack there, they need those 12 troops and many more. The House should have given The State Dept the money they asked for .Tax cuts for the rich is more important to republicans then having the proper security to protect our embasseys

The embssey had more then 2,they also had private Lyabian security guards outside .
