Here's my house for sale -- any suggestions? Thx

The whole mediation thing is so stupid. You sit across the table from your Ex while each of your attorneys go back and forth about all the things that are never going to settle in mediation. I have personally never heard of a divorce that actually settled in mediation.

This will end about as well for Ken as his "buy UVXY" efforts the last 3 years.

You make a lot of good points. From what I understand, even if wife is hostile, the judge will order the house be sold at market value if the couple can't reach agreement in mediation.

As per usual - wrong.

You've already experienced "market value" when you tried to sell your house. You failed.

The "market" told you your house wasn't worth paying the price you were attempting to sell it for - at multiple price points.

You don't want a court-ordered sale. You'll get hammered even more than you already have.

Just get rid of it and move on.

No, but I have a great legal team.. it's a hassle. I'm sole breadwinner and colorado uses equitable distribution which is in my favor
Ken when I read the “Martingale” in Nolo’s quote, I decided to buy the KenC Las Vegas 3x Bullish fund! Wishing you a speedy exit!

“average cost of a divorce in Colorado is between $9,800 and $11,800, according to research from Martindale-Nolo”

Can't be right?

Is that just legal fees?

From what I know of Ken on this site, I’m pretty sure he will be deemed the difficult one by the judge.

If I'm the wife's attorney, I just lay out 10 of the worst offenses on this site and other things he has done.

If you had that dog, you may have not even get summer, weekends, and holiday visits with it.

Keep your mouth quiet (watch what you post here), and present a mature, reasonable posture.

Just because someone is smart (UCLA), does not make them wise...

Judges don't give a shit about that stuff.

More like if he's been the breadwinner and he spends his theoretical more than 1/2 of income on bullshit, that can be taken into account.

Court can appoint a real estate lawyer-receiver to sell at the Market. Another lawyer to siphon the Calhoun’s money. There has to be a way to avoid enriching the lawyers.

Edited: I bought at least $12,000 worth of great tools from a furious wife for $500. Hatred make’s people irrational if all they care about is spiting their spouse.

You mean like fixing parts of a house that don't need to be repaired? Or listing the house nowhere is sight of where the market is?? Selling without the wife's approval??

What about puffing up your resume...UCLA. An trading expert...Millions in trades.

Are you saying the below will not jump out and bite him going forward...
