I watch the TV show Cops. And for decades they have kept going to El Paso's police department. Why? Because that is one of the cities that have a lot of criminal action. Ever wonder why the producers of COPS never have the NYC police in there?

Because nothing exciting happens there in NYC. It is the safest city in the country.

Or the producers have law enforcement family there? El Paso has been ranked among the safest cities I want to say for decades now.
