Not likely. Despite overwhelming evidence supporting the officer and the obvious fact that a trial would result in a not guilty verdict, folks who appear sane still want the trial, immediately followed by the execution:

Unreal. We could have video and audio of the scene showing the same things that the officer said and these people *still* would not believe it. Absolutely nothing can change their minds. And it wouldn't matter if they did hold a trial. The usual suspects are incapable of rational, objective thought and would not accept anything other than a guilty of murder 1 verdict regardless of the evidence presented.
