Help needed - I overtrade after 11am

Bought and paid for, when they were still available for TradeStation, many years ago.
And I have referred to them as they are, TD Sequential, ever since, without ever hearing from someone to stop. I do not publish them for gain, just as info and if anything, in a small way maybe it helps draw traders to Bloomberg or CQG who do have them available.
In any case looking at terms and conditions it seems to only prohibit reproduction of software, not output.
At least you have a paid / licensed version, but here's the deal as I understand it -- Tom published the formula for his indicators way back when. So technically, anyone can code them and use them. Because they were published, he couldn't prevent anyone from doing that -- which is why you see things like the "sequence counter" indicator in ThinkOrSwim which is based on the same formula. So the only way he could protect them is by enforcing the "D" trademark. If you got to his web site, you'll see the registered trademark.
Correct anyone can code them though I have yet to see any get it right completely. But trademark is TD - his initials - in front of each indicator name such as TD Sequential, TD Pressure, TD REI etc. So it can be coded, just not labeled as such.
Sun -- can you pull up VIX / VX futures with daily chart with your indicators? Sometimes they work well with those.
Homeboy Steve Rhodes uses TD Count indicator on every show M - F.
They can be Uncanny.

Daily TD Buy SetUp @ 6 ($VIX.X and VXMG22), but looks iffy that it will complete. If it does Weds on close I'll post a screenshot confirming.
thought there would have been Sell Set Up on VX with the run-up in Volatility in late January.
