Have all the anti-gun-rights twits finished starting new threads?

Scary shit and it may explain the rise in autism and anxiety disorders among the youth.
Identifying and preventing those who suffer from these and other mental ailments from obtaining weapons should be the goal, not an intrusion on the freedoms of those who have done nothing wrong. I'm not opposed to greater investigation into background to expose these potential loose cannons.

And the number of nuts is increasing. I gave my opinion about the violence...more than once in these threads. I was making that point to hoof.

Gun Lobby is trying to distract any way it can from number one issue - guns. It may blow your mind but in high school I enjoyed playing Mortal Kombat, Quake, Team Fortress, subsequently played Team Fortress 2, Grand Theft Auto, WoW and many violent games. I never had any interest in (real life) weaponry and was always in favor of gun control.

I'm also not a big fan of medicating our kids with drugs that slow them down, so to speak. I think the Columbine killers had been on such drugs as kids, though not 100% on that.

Regarding chemicals: I've begun to research my fishing holes in recent years. Don't consume anything that's downstream from paper mills, power plants, and factories. I won't consume any fish from farm ponds exposed to aerial pesticide treatment. And so on..

Yeah it sucks that we have to worry about the fish we catch. And unfortunately air-borne mercury from coal fired plants has polluted all the freshwater lakes, especially in the NE. I go camping in the Adirondacks on a wild lake and still have to worry about the smallmouth bass because they bio-accumulate it from the smaller fish they eat.

Have you ever experienced real violence? I have. Many times in my teens and early 20's (twice involving guns), right up until I joined the Nav. My experiences in life make me pro gun.

Regarding games: I've also played games like Doom, but I was already in my 30's. I don't have a problem with them if you are a normal person. I'm also not troubled if you own a gun and you're a normal person. It's like everything else. A mentally challanged individual's parents or guardian should make the call, and it should be a responsible call. The age of an individual's exposure to these games and movies should also be a consideration. Too often it's not. That's the heart of the problem.

I like watching movies with violence, and I don't necessarily want them taken away because some watch them and decide to imitate the violence they see. Those that do obviously have a loose screw. They should't be allowed. By the same token, I don't want you to lose your right to play whichever vids you want. You see where I'm going with this?

People who cannot tell the difference between reality and fiction should not play violent vids, watch violent movies and TV, and sure as hell not have access to guns. Background checks should out them. Parents should not permit them to play violent games or watch violent movies. And none of us should lose any freedom we enjoy RESPONSIBLY because of the actions of a few.

I recently joked with a friend that I had to stop eating fish I was catching down river from a coal plant after I started twitching!

One reason may be that we are polluting ourselves with chemicals. There are over two hundred man-made chemicals in each one of us. We have no idea how these interact. Experiments with rats has shown that a common fungicide can cause anxiety disorders in the 2nd generation offspring. Meaning that actual change to the genes are taking place. Scary shit and it may explain the rise in autism and anxiety disorders among the youth.
no dumb fuck they changed the criteria for diagnosing autism, man made chemicals :D :D :D

And this is the moron who champions scientific rational thought so much that he's an atheist.

Way to go there champ, keep showing us your utter lack of due diligence.

Get real. The Sandy Hook shooter had an autism disorder and the fire guy was like 60 years old. I don't think he was playing video games.

Your often confused demeanor, along with your often confusing statements, has lead me to believe that you are perhaps from another non-English speaking country.

Is my assumption correct? I would just like to know so that I might have a better understanding of the ignorance you often protrude.

And banning firearms is going to solve THIS? LOL

The crazies misusing the guns is THE issue.

You're a blow hard, back it up big boy. Make said bomb, put up or shut up.

Farmers have been building bombs to blow tree stumps out of the ground for many decades now using basic chemicals and manure compositions.
