This claim made by Carlson is laughable. The casualty figures for both the Russian and Ukrainian military have been well covered in intelligence reports across the globe. Currently the Russians have above 200,000 soldiers killed and wounded and the Ukrainians over 100,000 soldiers killed and wounded. This is well documented from many sources.
Carlson is just shoveling Kremlin propaganda he found on Telegram -- slide that Russian TV admitted is false.
