Yep, that's it, he has a speech disorder. It's called being full of shit and not knowing which lie to tell in what order. That, and being senile at this stage of the game leaves us with a man holding the most powerful position in the world one step away from drooling all lover himself, taking a dump right on stage and finger painting with his own feces.

Apples and oranges. His "stutter" which is debatable, has nothing to do with his declining cognitive skills. You know, I know, everyone knows he's falling apart and it's not your intellect which prevents you from acknowledging that, it's your political bias. It's extremely dangerous to have him in the position of president given his declining state of mind and you know it.
