it works under small business. let me ask a question. these dell come with the dvi cables for digital right? i have 4 video card monitor setup. the video cards are not dvi video cards but he sold me an attachment that goes on the video card to make it dvi compatable. with this device i'll get the best picture jsut like having dvi video card to start with. can this monitor be hooked up to analog cards or is it only digital?

It comes with a both dvi and analog cables. I just bought 2 and they are great. No dead pixels.

these monitors will work with dvi or analog and they come with both cables.

I love this monitor. I compared it to about 16 others when I first bought 16 of these and it stood out by far. No dead pixels on any of them and they come with DVI, VGA and 4 USB ports built in.

The stand is also very cool. It is easy to adjusted the monitor and it stays suspended wherever you leave it. Highly recommend these for a 19".
