It worked fine for me. I ordered two today. Maybe you are trying to add it to your cart via the home office store? I'm guessing. Make sure you go to dell and enter the small business store. Then find the monitor, add it to your cart and paste in the coupon and update. That's all I did and it worked like a charm. Two for 672 shipped with tax. Let me know if this helps.
