please tell us they're paying you a salary, and aren't just giving you a cut of your net. with all the high volume commissions you've been churning for these people the past 2½ months, compensating you for your time is the least they can do.
I get a cut of my net. But I don't mind at all. They put up the money, I put in my time. It's really a fair deal.
As far as trading higher beta stocks go, I don't think I'm ready for it to tell you the truth. I want to make sure that I'm profitable, on a consistent basis, trading stocks like NT, LU, and CPN. Once I feel really comfortable trading those stocks, I'd like to move onto stocks that move a little more. But that will come with time.
I'm feeling a little tired this morning, I don't really know why because I slept 8 hours last night. As soon as I got on the PATH train I began reading my book (Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets by John J. Murphy) when suddenly, I was at 33rd st in NYC. It was only a 20min train ride, but it felt like a blink of an eye.
I feel fine now, but I just think it's strange that I'm tired when I get to work. I used to feel fine sleeping 8 hours a night. Maybe I'm just used to sleeping that much?
Good trading!
