Well,

It wasn't a good day. It wasn't a bad day either. I just didn't couldn't get filled and I wasn't really concentrated. I made $4 and spent $25 making it. What a load!!!!

I had 5 buy executions, 6 sell executions, and traded 26,400 shares. As you can see, I didn't trade very much today.

Tomorrow will be a better day!!!
 
Hey guys!

Well I have to say that this morning was interesting. I woke up to dry sunny weather in Jersey City, and when I got out of the subway in New York, it was cold, cloudy, and rainy! It's funny how after the tsunami the weather in the USA is all screwed up. Regardless of the weather I feel good this morning.

While walking from 33rd St. to 42nd St. I was thinking to myself, "I'm really happy trading." I'm exactly where I want to be in life. I just wish that I was a bit more profitable. But I'm sure that that will come with time.

Well guys,

I have to say, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I made $210 and spent ABOUT $100 making it. It was really slow today in NT and CPN. I think I made out okay.

I had 16 buy executions, 15 sell executions, and I traded 86,800 shares.
 
Hey guys!

Well, I'm tired this morning. After being woken up at 2am and arguing with my girl till 5am,.....I feel great (sarcasm). I'm not well rested and I have a caffeine rush. Hopefully coffee will make up for the lack of rest.

When my alarm clock went off this morning, I considered staying home and sleeping. Then I thought to myself, "I'd rather be trading." So I came in! But now I realize that I'm not alright. Because of that I'll refrain from trading aggressively at the open.

Not a good day.....

I made $40 and spent about $130 making it. This morning wasn't too bad when I was up $40 and had 8 executions. But after 10am, I just couldn't make one good trade. I kept taking flats......expensive flats. I feel a little down about it, but hey, I can't make money everyday.

I had 20 buy executions, 23 sell executions and traded 90,800 shares.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

It's true, it's true....I'm 24 years old today. Just to think that 24 years ago, my parents were freaking out and rushing to the hospital so that my mom could give birth. I'm sure they're sorry!!!

I must say that throughout my life I've experienced some pretty intense moments. Both good and bad. I can also say that I have found something in my life that really makes me happy. I'm a daytrader. I wouldn't say that I'm successful at it but I am going to say that today, I'm taking home my first paycheck. It took 3 months, but I'm finally getting paid. Don't get me wrong, its not much, but I got something!!! Not only that, but my boss said that I can bump my share size up to 5000 shares per trade.

Now that I will be trading more size, I'm taking on more risk. If you've been reading my journal then you know that I can sometimes beat myself up about taking on risk and losing. Especially if I'm on the right side of the market but my timing was wrong. Although I am more experienced than when I started, and I can shrug off losses more easily, I think that making this transition to 5000 shares per trade will be much easier than when I started trading 3500 shares.

Well guys, I'm glad to be part of this community. I appreciate all of your comments and advice and I look forward to trading with all of you. Good trading!
 
Well, not a good day, but not a bad day. NT volume was lighter than average and it literally did nothing all day. Even still I managed to make $142 and spent about $120 making it. Not much of a profit, but hey, at least its $20. I can have a couple of beers with that.

please tell us they're paying you a salary, and aren't just giving you a cut of your net. with all the high volume commissions you've been churning for these people the past 2½ months, compensating you for your time is the least they can do.
