Looking at oil and where stocks and economies are headed. Looks like oil can only sustain these levels for so long. Consumers are.going to literally cut back on spending by a great amount since everything now is skyrocketing in price, oil surge will cause consumers to think twice about spending on unnecessary items and maybe even not book that trip they wanted to book because of the concern of where the economy is heading. And seeing nearly $5 gas and soon $6 and $7 dollar gas will cause great concern. Trust me oil is going to skyrocket and collapse, this is unsustainable!!!

I think it would have reasonable for him to just recognize the independence of Donbass in the majority Russian ethnic areas.

I think he underestimated the resistance he would face in Ukraine. And it's scary that NATO is doing everything short of putting boots on the ground while Russia is in such a desperate situation.

What's the difference between having a NATO pilot in a NATO jet.... Or handing the keys to the NATO jet to a Ukrainian pilot? It's the same thing.

Once the F-35 fighter jets of the US and NATO start flying over Ukraine, you better believe it that those S-400 anti aircraft missiles of Russia will be fired at them. Putin will use tactical nuclear weapons then, because he knows the US and NATO will put out their advanced weapons. He will strike first to show he is serious and for maximum damage. The nuclear warheads will be smaller but, the damage probably, 10x or 20x the current deaths now in Ukraine. Anyone who thinks you can just roll the Russians need their heads examined. Remember too that Putin already put his nuclear weapons operated by Russian forces on high alert.
