Ha ha ha. We can only hope. If she does, she'll split the Republican's, not the Democrat's vote. She's bound to be "primaried" if she tries to run as a democrat again. Unless she wakes up and stops spouting nonsense very soon, her future as a "Democrat" is over.

Trump colluding and the Campaign colluding are not congruent. See Vol. 1 pages 151-153 in re to the campaign colluding--- one of 100's of examples detailed in the report. Note that collusion is not a crime. Mueller concluded that although there was ample evidence of both collusion and obstruction of justice the evidence did not meet his high bar to charge conspiracy. Mueller seems to have met the bar to charge obstruction of justice, however, the DOJ would have had to bring an Obstruction charge within the five year statute or go to court to have the stature tolled.
